Individuals, businesses, and community-based organizations are encouraged to compete for business with DEL. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to monitor the DEL Web site for updates and newly released documents.

DEL also posts all bid opportunities on WEBS, the state’s electronic vendor registration and bid notification system. Bidders interested in being notified of state bidding opportunities should register at http://www.ga.wa.gov/Business/register.htm.

Proposals must be prepared and submitted no later than the proposal submission date and time specified in the particular solicitation document. Specific delivery requirements found within the solicitation document supersede the information below.
