DEL Procurements

DEL posts all bid opportunities on Washington State Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), the state’s electronic vendor registration and bid notification system. WEBS provides current bid opportunities from state agencies and other government entities statewide for goods and services.

Vendors who are interested in being notified of state bidding opportunities must register with the Washington State Department of Enterprise Serivces.

Sole-source contracts

State law requires that state agencies post all sole-source contracts on their websites for a minimum of five business days prior to the contract execution date.
