DEL semi-annual rules agenda

The Department of Early Learning (DEL) prepares a semi-annual rules agenda each January and July to let the public know about current and planned DEL rule making activity. The rules agenda is filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and is published in the Washington State Register to comply with Revised Code of Washington 34.05.314.

The DEL rules agenda updates the 2007 preliminary DEL Rules Review Plan under ESSB 5828 (RCW 43.215.502).
