DEL School-age Rules
The Department of Early Learning (DEL) is revising WAC (Washington Administrative Code) chapter 170-151 that describes rules for school-age child care facilities.
DEL contracted with School’s Out Washington, a nonprofit organization, to review the current rules, gather input and recommend changes to the rules. DEL is seeking your input on the current rules and recommended changes before we develop the proposed rules for school-age child care facilities.
