DEL ECEAP rules

The Department of Early Learning (DEL) regulations (also known as rules, Washington Administrative Code, or WAC) that set the standards for the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) are located in WAC Chapter 170-100.

DEL adopts rules to set standards when directed by state law. DEL may adopt rules to set specific requirements that help clarify more general laws, or that help organize requirements found under both state and federal laws.
