In August 2009, leaders from DEL, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Thrive by Five Washington signed a joint resolution establishing the Early Learning Partnership. The three entities are committed to collaborating on behalf of Washington children and families.
The Partnership joint resolution lays out a specific vision for how the three entities will work together to create a statewide early learning system that supports school readiness for all children.
The Partnership is focused on specific goals and priorities laid out in the resolution. DEL, OSPI and Thrive are assigned lead or co-lead responsibility for different priorities and goals.
